Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.

We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we need more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

When you submit a request, we will verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we have on file. We may request additional information to complete verification. If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny your request.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require the authorized agent to provide proof of their authorization and may still require you to verify your identity directly with us.

10. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Although we do not sell personal information, you may submit an opt-out request at any time. If our practices change in the future, we will honor your opt-out preference.
